BECOME A GROUP CYCLING INSTRUCTOR

Developed by Joan Wenson and legendary cyclist Greg LeMond, RevMaster Certificate Courses have raised the bar on indoor cycling training. LeMond Academy offers two comprehensive education group cycling instructor full-day training programs -- LeMond Foundation Instructor Training to get you started with the fundamentals and LeMond Advanced Cycling Training featuring the Pilot™ which integrates cadence and heart rate feedback during the workout that will take your students to the next level.

Specialty Cycling Education

In addition to the two main LeMond Certificate programs, a variety of two and three hour intensive RevCycling training courses are available. These shorter specialty workshops target specific areas of cycling for improving technique skills, muscle strength for climbing, heart rate monitoring and pedaling drills for enhanced performance.

RevCycling combination conditioning courses -- Alignment Connection, Intensity Core Fusion, and Yoga REVolution provide a balance between cardio and body conditioning all-in-one class. Designed for the beginner to the advanced exerciser these workshops help to restore balance and functional strength for any rider. Ideal for group fitness rooms that double as a cycling room.

You can combine 2 or 3 workshops together to create an action-packed day of RevCycling.

STRETCH & FLEXIBILITY

Incorporate dynamic stretch and flexibility courses that encourage peak performance. These workshops provide a perfect solution for addressing tight muscles caused by cycling or lack of essential stretching. By helping students to improve range of motion and flexibility, increased coordination, muscle strength and endurance can also be achieved. Current workshops include Core in Motion and Stretch Essentials.

MUSCLE CONDITIONING

Motivate your members to pump it up! Definitions is a total body workout challenge designed to give you cross-training balance for cycling. This group fitness muscle conditioning course integrates free weights, body bars, tubing and stability balls that will help to improve posture and develop functional muscle endurance between the upper and lower body.
